Arbitrage opportunities have been constrained by narrower interest rate spreads.

On April 19, Aave experienced a single-day capital outflow of $6.6B, with about $3.3B in stablecoins. This large withdrawal caused deposit rates for USDT and USDC to rise to 13.4%, while borrowing rates increased to 15%.
