Eligibility
1. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv.1 to be eligible for this event.
2. Only unified trading accounts (UTA) are eligible for this event, including UTA main accounts and UTA subaccounts.
3. Market makers, institutional users and users with Pro3 and above are ineligible for this event.
4. Users must click the "Register" button on the WSOT page to join the event.
5. Participants who join or lead a squad can compete in all leaderboard categories of both the Squad Showdown and Individual Showdown.
6. To be able to participate in Squad PnL% Leaderboard, please make sure to maintain over $100 equity for 5 mins at the beginning of the competition.
7. If you register for WSOT after the competition starts, please make sure to maintain over $100 equity for 5 mins to get activated for the leaderboard.

3. Each squad must have 10 members, including the squad leader. If the squad has fewer than 10 members by 2025-08-15 10:56 UTC, the squad will be disbanded, and all members including the leader will be randomly assigned to other public squads.
4. Squad change is available before 2025-08-15 10:56 UTC.
5. Squads will be ranked based on squad scores. Members within the squad will be ranked based on P&L%.
6. In the event of a tie between squads, the squad with the highest total trading volume during the competition period will receive the rewards, if any.
7. You can choose a preferred region when searching for a squad to join. The squad's region is determined by the squad leader's account information.
8. Regions include: JA – Japan; KO – East Asia excluding Japan and Mandarin regions; ZH – Mandarin regions; SEA – Southeast Asia; Latam – Latin America; EECA – CIS & Ukraine; MEA – MENA & Africa; OC – Oceania; OZ – Open Zone.
9.The squad region doesn't affect your individual region or rankings on the regional individual trading volume leaderboard.
Squad Showdown prize pools
1. Squad Showdown total prize pool will be unlocked based on the total number of eligible participants. Eligible participants are those who trade at least $50,000 between and .
2. The top 40 squads will share the Squad Showdown prize pool of up to 3,600,000 USDT.
3. The winning squad leader will receive 20% of the squad's total prize, the top 10 squad members will share 20%, and all eligible members in the squad will share the remaining 60%.
4. Best squad rewards: The squad with the highest number of votes as of will be awarded as the best squad. All eligible members and users who voted for this squad will share 120,000 USDT.
5. Best squad leader: The top 30 squad leaders with the highest number of eligible members in their squad as of will share 30,000 USDT.
6. Early squad leader rewards: The first 100 squad leaders to recruit 10 eligible members each will equally split 10,000 USDT.
7. VIP squad leader rewards: The top 30 VIP leaders by squad ranking will receive exclusive benefits, including 6 Bybit VIP Gala Trip (hotel & flights covered), 8 Nansen Supreme Subscriptions, 8 Nansen Pioneer Subscriptions, 8 Supreme VIP 14-day Trial Cards.
8. All rankings in the Squad Showdown will be updated every 5 minutes.
Squad score/ranking calculation
1. Squad score = (total P&L% of top 10 squad members / 10) × 100 + (number of eligible participants in squad × 0.5)
2. Squad members listed in the top 10 with trading volume less than $50,000 will be excluded. If there are fewer than 10 eligible members in the squad, the squad total top 10 P&L% sum is still divided by 10.
3. Squad member P&L% = profit / (initial equity + total deposits) * 100%
4. Profit = [final equity (including unrealized PnL and/or bonus) – initial equity (including unrealized PnL and/or bonus) + withdrawals – deposits]
5. Deposits = Accumulated deposits (incl. transfers, awarded bonuses, commissions, asset conversions and redemptions from Lending for UTA users) during the competition period.
6. Withdrawals = Accumulated withdrawals (incl. any withdrawals and assets conversions, assets lent out via Lending for UTA users) during the competition period.
7. Account equity is updated every 5 minutes. Any transfer to or from the UTA during the competition period is considered a deposit or withdrawal, respectively.
8. P&L% will include all USDT and USDC Perpetual contracts, USDC options, spot trading, spot margin trading and leveraged tokens.
9. Tokens in your UTA will be converted to their USD equivalent. Your overall P&L% may fluctuate with token prices.
10. Trading volume from Copy Trading Classic and trading bots will count toward your total trading volume. Trading volume from zero-fee trading pairs will not be included.
11. Options expire without delivery and 0 fees option will not be calculated.
Rewards distribution
1. All rewards from Squad Showdown will be distributed to your Rewards Hub within 14 days after the event ends.
2. For VIP squad leader reward winners, our Customer Support team or VIP RM will contact you for reward distribution within 14 days after the event ends.
Terms & Conditions
1. If users with similar trading strategies have been detected by our risk detection engine, only the participant with the highest P&L% or profit will be allowed to continue in the competition.
2. If our risk detection engine detects that users have engaged in matched trading activities, all associated users will be disqualified from the Squad Showdown competition.
3. During the competition, any user who cancels more than 10 orders per minute may be disqualified.
4. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities during the competition, such as wash trading, volume faking, using multiple accounts, or market manipulation.
5. Bybit reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support.
6. Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible for this event.
