Taking into account both short-term liquidity and mid-to-long-term trading signals, it is advisable to focus on the mint-redeem spread and changes in funding rates for FDUSD. During liquidity windows, range arbitrage or pegged hedge trading strategies can be used to capture swing profits. However, attention must be paid to macro trend reversal risks. If trading volume and fee rates continue to decline, leverage should be promptly reduced and profits locked in to mitigate the risk of redemption-induced disturbances to the peg.
